Take your aircraft detailing skills to the next level through AAB360 Academy's 3-Day Hands-On Training. This immersive training program combines focused classroom instruction with extensive hands-on experience on real aircraft, allowing students to apply professional detailing techniques under the direct supervision of experienced instructors.
Designed for both beginners and experienced detailers, this program emphasizes practical skill development, aviation safety, professional workmanship, and industry best practices. Students will gain the confidence to perform aircraft detailing services in real-world aviation environments while receiving personalized feedback throughout the training.
Upon successful completion, students will receive the AAB360 Academy Aircraft Detailing Hands-On Certification, along with six months of continued mentorship to support their professional growth after graduation.

What You’ll Learn

Day 1 — Aircraft Fundamentals, Safety & Interior Detailing - Students begin with an introduction to aircraft safety, surface identification, and professional detailing procedures before transitioning into hands-on interior detailing. Topics include leather care, plastics, vinyl, carpets, acrylic surfaces, stain removal, odor control, and proper interior maintenance techniques performed on real aircraft.

Day 2 — Exterior Detailing, Paint Correction & Surface Restoration -The second day focuses on exterior aircraft detailing, including aircraft inspections, dry and wet wash procedures, decontamination, acrylic window care, machine polishing fundamentals, oxidation removal, paint correction, and surface restoration. Students will perform each process under instructor supervision using professional aviation detailing equipment and products.

Day 3 — Brightwork, Protection Systems & Final Practical Evaluation -The final day covers aircraft brightwork restoration, metal polishing, waxes, sealants, ceramic coatings, final quality inspections, and professional finishing procedures. Students will complete a practical skills evaluation before receiving their AAB360 Academy Aircraft Detailing Hands-On Certification.
